In September 2006 Accord formed a company to acquire a 450,000 sq ft industrial park located at 13571 Vaughn Street in San Fernando, CA. The property was sub-divided, and extensive renovations were made to tenant and owner specifications. Acquisition funding was provided by RAIT Investment Trust, and equity funding was provided the principals of Accord.
