In June 2000 Accord formed a company to acquire the property located at 1313 Vine Street, Hollywood, CA, formerly known as ABC Studios. Acquisition financing was provided to Accord by Pacific Commercial Acceptance and equity funding was provided by the principals and the L.A. Genesis Fund. The project, situated on 3.5 acres and scheduled for renovation and an additional 100,000 square feet, was sold to The Academy Awards Foundation prior to the beginning of renovation and construction.
